PART 1 - ACTIVECAMPAIGN BLITZ
INCLUSIONS FOR THE ACTIVECAMPAIGN BLITZ
- You can submit as many tasks as you like to your queue.
- Tasks are delivered one at a time, meaning only one task can be in progress at any time.
EXCLUSIONS
- Any 1:1 meeting is excluded.
- No in-person meetings are included.
- Any project management or coordination work that goes beyond the deliverables stated in this agreement.
- Any writing task is excluded.
- Tasks related to graphic design, email design, or campaigns are excluded.
- Custom integration tasks via API to third-party platforms are excluded. However, native integrations and integrations via Zapier are accepted.
- Verkko does not guarantee the delivery time of tasks. The complexity of each task will determine its delivery time.
PART 2 - SUPPORT AGREEMENT
INCLUSIONS FOR GROUP SUPPORT PACKAGE
- Verkko commits to offering a minimum of 10 weekly sessions for each 13-week quarter.
- Group discussions with other users (in BETA).
EXCLUSIONS
- Text messages (SMS), unscheduled calls, and urgent requests are not supported under this agreement.
- Any meeting beyond the included meetings is excluded.
- No in-person meetings are included.
- Any project management or coordination work that goes beyond the deliverables stated in this package.
- Any writing task is excluded.
- ny additional request not explicitly mentioned in this package is excluded. If the client has additional needs for which they would like to retain Verkko's services, these must be discussed on a case-by-case basis between the two parties.
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you accept the proposed service(s), the related payment terms, and any other specific terms contained in the service agreement. Signature of authorized representative.
